Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
This is something I truly believe in, I am 22 and I own a company in Karachi which seems impossible to so many. My name is Shunem Kamran, and I am a student of ACCA along with that I own a company by the name of JENNIFER SERVICES INTERNATIONAL. Its a manpower supply company and currently I have two active contracts (Hospitals).
At Jennifer Services International our aim is to provide quality services. We take care of housekeeping contracts and glass cleaning contracts and various other services mentioned in the company profile attached below. JSI was established in 2012 and is registered with FBR, SESSI & EOBI.
People often get surprised by the fact that me and my father both have accounts based background and are working on something totally different. But for me everything has a bigger picture, In 2013 I visited UK and I was amazed to see how systematic things were there starting from simple clearing of house dustbins to complex underground train system. The main thing that caught my eye was, how clean everything was, the roads, streets etc. I personally believe our country Pakistan is capable of so much and it can reach all heights of greatness, but its only if the people of this nation step up and take charge and feel that its their responsibility to make a change.
My father has always been my backbone, so he motivated me to start this company and step up for something I believe in. A cleaner Pakistan would be a better Pakistan I am sure that anyone would agree to it. Its never too late for anything, a simple example would be of Singapore; a few decades back its condition was exactly like our country, dirty streets no proper sanitation system etc. People of the country took charge they all worked to make their country a better place and now look at Singapore - it is one of the cleanest countries in the world.
Well, this company for me is the first step towards achieving my goal and I have complete faith that by the Grace of God one day it will bring about a great change in my country.
“The most valuable thing you can make is a mistake – you can’t learn anything from being perfect.” – Adam Osborne.
My company is not perfect and neither am I but on the other thought, besides the Creator of this world who is perfect. I learn from my mistakes and I think that is my greatest tool.
